Common Questions

Is your Affiliate Program open internationally to affiliates worldwide?
Yes - You are welcome to apply to join our program to earn 10% commission from most countries that are eligible to receive cross boarder payments via Wise. You have a choice of payout currency at time of application (USD, GBP, CAD, AUD, NZD, EURO). If you would like to request a different currency please select “other” and we will be in touch to discuss.
Are there any fees to transfer the commission to my bank account?
If you have a “Wise” account, all payout currencies are Free to transfer to you - no matter the currency. For direct bank transfers (ACH - U.S or SEPA - E.U etc) there is a cross boarder transaction fee charged by our banking provider which is deducted from the amount sent. Wise is Free to use, and you are welcome to register for an account with them if you choose.
Can I use my own promo code for my own purchase? I like 10% discounts
10% discounts are great aren’t they, but please Don’t use your own promo code.. As an Affiliate, if you would like to use a 10% promo code, please just ask us and we will happily hook you up! Contact Us for a general 10% discount as our thank you for your support.
My commission hasn’t arrived on the 1st?
Couple of possibilities - Either your promo code has not been used for a purchase, your minimum commission balance is less than $25, or your payout is on it’s way to you being processed by your bank. ALL qualifying commission payouts are sent from our end on the 1st of the month. If it has been more than 5 business days, please let us know and we will happily request the status of your transfer on our end.
